We offer a varied and fun programme of activities and we give girls the opportunity to make new friends and try new things.
Brownies are girls aged 7 to 10 years and are part of Girl Guiding UK.
Brownies is about getting together to work on badges, play games and see friends. Brownies try adventurous activities, learn new skills and are encouraged to make decisions and be their own person.
We offer a varied and fun programme of activities and we give girls the opportunity to make new friends and try new things. Recently we have gardened, tried various crafts, built dens in the forest, toasted marshmallows over a camp fire, put on a puppet show, had a treasure hunt, limbo danced, written messages in code, learnt some local history, visited the park, learnt about road safety & stranger danger and hosted a Hawaiian Luau for our friends (to mention just a few)!!
