Standard rate will generally apply except for activities run by voluntary/community organisations serving the local community when the Community rate will apply.

Bookings for a whole session (morning 9.00am-1.00pm; afternoon 1.30-5.30pm; evening 6-10pm) are charged as 3 hours. Rates for other periods will negotiated as appropriate (e.g. 5 hrs for Hall & Kitchen and downstairs room – £50).

The Main Hall has a maximum occupancy of 60. The kitchen is directly off the main hall and its use is included although hirers will be expected to provide their own consumables. If hirers wish to have drinks or food provided this may be possible if booked at the time of hiring but will involve additional charges. The Main Hall has a wooden floor. It also has direct access into the garden at the rear.
The upstairs meeting room has its own kitchenette so drinks can be made.

The downstairs rooms are all accessible with no steps. The disabled toilet is downstairs. Other toilets are available downstairs and upstairs. The upstairs room is accessed by stairs. Read more about accessibility here.
